1. In-Kind Sponsor Contributions

If none of these packages fit your needs, please consider an in-kind contribution of goods or services. Examples could include use of an event space, audio-visual equipment, food and beverage catering, etc. Please use the form below to contact us for more information.

2. A La Carte Add-ons for Sponsors

We also offer several a la carte sponsorship add-ons:

Exhibition table (subject to approval by event organizers) — $1,000 — a standing table with your banner and space for 1 representative
Exhibition booth (subject to approval by event organizers) — $2,000 — a booth, similar to the areas provided for the artists, with room for a table, banner, and 2 representatives

3. Sponsor Funded Award or Scholarship

Present an award or scholarship — $2,500 plus recipient’s prize. This is your opportunity to take the stage and present one talented person with the recognition they deserve. We will collaboratively create an award/scholarship you can present to a recipient on stage at the event. Award criteria should be based on the Aristocratix brand ethos of acceptance, diversity, and kindness. In addition to presenting the award on stage, we will include your logo in all advertisements related to the award/scholarship.
