Dominique Deve

A French artist from a family of artists, Dominique Deve holds a post-graduate degree in Human Sciences. He considers himself a figurative/expressionist artist and a member of the Destructuralisme Figuratif movement, believing that “portraits are mirrors of the soul.” His typical media of choice include charcoal, watercolor, ink, and acrylic.

Often using photographs as reference, Deve is not only a fine artist, but also a commercial magazine illustrator. If you follow him on social media, you may occasionally see familiar faces among his many portraits (including several Nude Art LA alums). His works have featured in exhibitions spanning Paris, Zurich, Athens, Los Angeles, and New Dehli.
