Aristocratix

Code of Conduct

The room only works because we agree on it.

The spirit

Aristocratix is built on three things: art, attention, and discretion. Everything below follows from that. If anything is unclear, the staff present at any event have full authority to interpret these rules and act accordingly.

Dress

Elegant. Cocktail attire is the default register — think a gallery opening, a literary salon, the kind of evening where one dresses for the room.

The body, and how one chooses to present it, is welcome here. Sheer or revealing clothing is permitted, including see-through garments. Toplessness is welcome for any guest who chooses it. Body paint, theatrical costuming, and artistic dress are encouraged.

What is not elegant: athletic wear, denim, baseball caps, flip-flops, anything torn or stained, or anything that reads as an attempt at provocation rather than self-expression. Genitalia must be covered during standard salon events. Performers and life models on a given evening are excepted.

Conduct toward other guests and staff

No touching without consent. Ever. This applies to staff, performers, models, and other guests equally. A guest’s presence at an Aristocratix event is not an invitation, an availability, or a signal of any kind beyond their interest in the evening.

No sexual behavior, propositioning, or solicitation — toward staff, performers, models, or other guests. Aristocratix is not a sex club. It is a salon. The nude form is the subject of the art, not an invitation.

If someone declines a conversation, an introduction, or any other interaction, that is the end of the interaction. Pursuing it further is grounds for removal.

Privacy

No photography, video, or audio recording at Aristocratix events, with one exception: a designated photo area will be available near the entrance. Beyond that point, photos, videos, and other forms of electronic or analog recording are strictly forbidden — artistic sketches and paintings of our figure models excepted. Violations may be grounds for removal. Phones are expected to remain in pockets or coat-check throughout the evening. We will provide curated event photography afterward where appropriate and only with the consent of those photographed.

Discretion is part of the offer. What happens at an Aristocratix event stays in the room. Who attended, who said what, who appeared with whom — none of it leaves with you. This is non-negotiable.

Substances

A curated bar is provided at each event. You must be 18 or older to attend; 21 or older to be served alcohol. Recreational drug use is not permitted at any Aristocratix event or premises. Guests who arrive visibly impaired will be turned away at the door. Guests who become impaired at the event will be asked to leave.

Guests & companions

Members may bring up to three guests to any event, subject to capacity. One is included as your Companion if you hold Companion privilege; additional guests are purchased per event. You vouch for your guests. Their conduct is your conduct as far as the room is concerned. We expect you to share this code with anyone you bring.

What happens if the code is broken

The staff may, at their discretion, ask a guest to leave at any time, for any reason that bears on the comfort, safety, or atmosphere of the room. No refund is owed. Any disciplinary action will be noted on your membership record, and significant violations — for example, assault, harassment, recording, or repeated minor violations — may result in membership revocation without refund of prepaid fees.

If you witness or experience something inappropriate at any event, find a staff member immediately. After the event, you may also reach us at [protected email]" style="color:#c9a84c;">[protected email]. Every report is read personally and treated with the discretion the situation deserves.

By attending an Aristocratix event, you and any guest you bring accept this code.
