1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) are a binding agreement between you and Aristocratix, LLC (“Aristocratix,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), a California limited liability company with a registered address at 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, online stores, software, digital content, memberships, live events, and any other products or services we offer (together, the “Services“), across all of the properties listed in Schedule A below.

By accessing or using any of the Services — visiting a site, creating an account, making a purchase, subscribing, submitting content, or attending an event — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Property-specific terms. Some properties have additional rules (for example, event admission policies, store return policies, or software terms). Where additional terms apply, they supplement these Terms; if there is a direct conflict, the property-specific terms control for that property.

2. Who may use the Services — eligibility & age

The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use any of the Services, create an account, or make a purchase.
Certain properties contain artistic nude and mature content intended for adults only (including The Collection, the Nude Art events and their sites, and related content). You must be at least 18 to access those properties, and by doing so you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that such content is lawful where you are.
Live events may impose higher age minimums (for example 21+ where alcohol is served). Admission is subject to the event’s stated age policy and valid government-issued ID.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Our properties and what they are

Aristocratix operates a family of brands. Depending on the property, the Services may include:

Content channels — e.g. *Aristocratix Ambience* (ambient audio/visual works) and *Don’t Feed the Chris Wallace* (fitness and lifestyle content).
Software — e.g. *Skarvia*, a web-based writing application (see Section 9).
Online stores — e.g. *Art Outbreak* (apparel) and *The Collection* (fine-art prints and goods), which sell physical and/or made-to-order products (see Sections 6–7).
Live events — e.g. *Nude Art LA / Las Vegas / Portland* and related programming (see Section 11).
Community & membership — e.g. *The Naked Neighborhood* hub, community directories, applications to take part, and any invitation-only membership or society (see Sections 8 & 10).

Not every provision applies to every property; each applies where relevant to how you use the Services.

4. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current information; (b) keep your credentials confidential; and (c) be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Services in violation of any law or these Terms;
access, download, scrape, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted;
upload or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that depicts a minor or a non-consenting person;
attempt to breach security, probe, or disrupt the Services;
misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation; or
use the Services to build a competing product, or to train machine-learning models on our content, without our written permission.

We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion to enforce these rules.

6. Purchases, pricing & payment

Where a property sells products or services:

Orders are offers to buy; we may accept or decline (e.g., for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability).
Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change; taxes and shipping are added where applicable.
Payment is handled by third-party processors (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment-card numbers. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s terms.
Made-to-order / print-on-demand. Some products (including certain apparel and prints) are produced on demand through third-party fulfillment partners. Production and shipping times vary, and slight variations in color, sizing, and finish are normal.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Return and refund rights depend on the property and the product type. Except where a property publishes a different policy, or where the law gives you a non-waivable right:

Made-to-order / print-on-demand goods and personalized items are generally non-returnable except for defects or fulfillment errors.
Digital goods and downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Event tickets are generally non-refundable and may be non-transferable except as stated for the event or required by law (see Section 11).
Defective or incorrect items — contact us promptly (see Section 23) and we’ll make it right per the applicable policy.

Individual stores publish their own shipping, return, and exchange policies, which apply to purchases from those stores.

8. Subscriptions, memberships & recurring billing

Some Services are offered on a recurring basis (for example, memberships, a members’ society, or software plans).

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and, except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
We will give any notices of renewal, price changes, and cancellation methods required by law.

9. Software terms — Skarvia

If you use Skarvia or another Aristocratix software product:

License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any plan limits.
Your content. You retain ownership of the text and materials you create or upload (“Your Content“). You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to it.
AI-assisted output. The software may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with text, images, or other output. AI output can be inaccurate, may resemble output provided to others, and may not be protectable by copyright. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before you rely on or publish it. We make no ownership or accuracy guarantees as to AI-generated output.
Availability. Software is provided on an “as available” basis; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for loss of data — keep your own backups of anything important.
Restrictions. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the software to create unlawful content or to violate a third party’s rights.

10. User-submitted content (applications, uploads, community)

When you submit content — applications to take part (performer, model, artist, vendor, sponsor, volunteer), community/directory profiles, uploads, reviews, or messages (“Submissions“):

You represent that you own or have the rights to your Submission, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe or violate anyone’s rights.
You grant Aristocratix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Submission for the purpose you provided it (e.g., reviewing an application, listing an approved profile, operating the community).
Consent & releases. Participation in events, showcases, or featured content may require separate written consent and a model/appearance release with Aristocratix, LLC. Those releases govern the use of your name, likeness, and any recordings, in addition to these Terms.
We may review, approve, decline, edit, or remove Submissions at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish anything.

11. Live events

For ticketed or in-person events (including the Nude Art shows):

Admission is a revocable license subject to the event’s rules, capacity, age policy, and ID checks. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct without refund.
Assumption of risk. Attendance is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks inherent in attending a live event and release Aristocratix from related claims.
Recording & likeness. Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being captured in crowd/venue imagery and to our use of such imagery for documentation and promotion, except where you are in a designated no-recording area. Attendees may not record performers or other guests without consent and must follow the event’s photography policy.
Artistic nudity. Events may include artistic nudity and live performance intended for adult audiences.

12. Mature & artistic content

Certain Services present artistic nude and mature content created by and with consenting adults (18+). This content is provided for artistic and personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, copy, screen-record, redistribute, or repost it except where expressly permitted. Featuring, purchasing, or accessing this content does not transfer any rights in it to you.

13. Health & fitness disclaimer

Fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle content (including *Don’t Feed the Chris Wallace*) is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or diet program. You use such content at your own risk, and Aristocratix is not responsible for any injury or loss resulting from your reliance on it.

14. AI-generated content disclosure

Some of our content and product imagery is created or assisted using artificial intelligence and refined by people. Where required by law, we disclose the use of AI (including any synthetic-performer disclosures in advertising). AI-generated media does not depict real, identifiable individuals unless otherwise stated.

15. Intellectual property

The Services and their content — including text, graphics, logos, the “nn” monogram and other marks, designs, audio, video, and software — are owned by Aristocratix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for content you own, we grant you only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) to our designated agent at [protected email]. We may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

16. Third-party links & services

The Services link to and rely on third parties (payment processors, fulfillment partners, hosting, analytics, email, video platforms, and the sites of our individual brands). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aristocratix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aristocratix and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the applicable Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aristocratix from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Submissions or Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

21. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notified to you. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
