Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Aristocratix, LLC (“Aristocratix,” “we,” “us“) collects, uses, and shares personal information across our family of websites, stores, software, memberships, events, and other services (the “Services“), listed in Schedule A of our Terms of Service.
Aristocratix, LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. We are a California limited liability company with a registered address at 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA. By using the Services you acknowledge this Policy. Individual properties may add a short, property-specific notice, but this Policy governs all of them.
2. Information we collect
a) Information you provide:
- Account & profile — name, username, email, password, and any profile details.
- Orders & payments — items purchased, shipping/billing address, and order history. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we receive confirmation and limited details, not your full card number.
- Applications & submissions — information you submit to take part in events or the community (e.g., performer/model/artist/vendor/sponsor/volunteer applications), which may include your name, contact details, links, images or video you upload, and other details you choose to provide.
- Software content — for Skarvia, the documents and text you create, upload, or generate.
- Communications — messages, support requests, newsletter sign-ups, and survey responses.
b) Information collected automatically:
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics — aggregated usage statistics.
c) Information from third parties:
- Payment processors (order/payment confirmation and fraud signals), fulfillment partners (shipping status), and social/video platforms if you interact with our content there.
Sensitive information. Some Services relate to adult/artistic content, and your use or purchases may imply information some laws treat as sensitive. We use such information only to provide the Services you request.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and secure the Services and your account;
- process and fulfill orders, subscriptions, applications, and event admissions;
- host and process content you create in our software;
- respond to you and provide support;
- send transactional messages and, with your consent where required, marketing/newsletters (you can opt out anytime);
- personalize and improve the Services and understand usage;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- verify eligibility and age where required for adult content or events; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services and process orders); legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud, and market responsibly); consent (for certain cookies and marketing, and for any special-category data); and legal obligation (to meet our legal duties). You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security, remembering preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we present a cookie banner/consent tool. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality. We honor recognized opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers / processors who act on our behalf under contract, including (as applicable):
- Payment processing — Stripe
- Order fulfillment / print-on-demand — Printify (and its print partners) and similar fulfillment services
- Email & newsletters — Brevo
- Analytics — Google Analytics
- Hosting, CDN & security — our hosting provider and Cloudflare
- Video/content platforms — YouTube (for embedded or linked content)
- For events — venues and partners as needed to run an event you attend or apply to.
- Legal & safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies, which govern their handling of your information.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — then delete or anonymize it. Content in our software is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, per your plan.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and your own backups of important content.
9. Your rights
All users: you may access, update, or delete certain information through your account or by contacting us, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
EEA/UK (GDPR): you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know/access, delete, and correct your personal information; to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” and to limit use of sensitive personal information (to the extent applicable); and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent.
To exercise any right, contact us at [protected email]. We will verify your request as required and respond within the timeframes required by law.
10. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers of EEA/UK data.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. Adult-content properties are restricted to users 18+ (and 21+ for certain events).
12. Marketing & communications
We send transactional messages (order, account, and event notices) as part of the Services. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional messages.
13. Third-party links
The Services link to other sites and platforms (including our individual brand sites and social channels). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post changes with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
